I devoured Caught In The Axe!! something about a 6’ tall man swinging an axe.. it’s an unhealthy fixation at this point.
Plus he’s her ex boyfriend’s older brother and he’s her boss?! Swoon and immediately all the stars! I loved this story of them finding a way to love the small town while working through their respective issues, together. It was heartwarming and also the way he went above and beyond for her all the time to show he cared.. it’s the little things ladies like making sure there are gluten free snacks when you have celiac!
My favorite quote though… “I didn’t want a girlfriend. I didn’t want a wife. I wanted Lila. Only her.” 🥵🥲💓 done for.
