Remember when that scandal broke about the small town woman who worked for the town and stole thousands of dollars from the town? Ok well this book is inspired by that story and is told from the thief‘s point of view. It was really good, because you liked the unlikable narrator and you were rooting for her even though she was doing something awful so it made you really want to keep reading to see if she got away with it, or got what was due to her.

It was so good, so interesting, with such unique characters, I just really loved this one. I loved that she became famous in the art world, and was this top-notch collector, but had such a humble beginnings, and such a big secret as to how she got the money for this. I loved that she worked her way through that community, didn’t take crap from nobody, and even though she got her money from stealing you almost are OK with it because you like her so much and you want her to succeed and become more. It was complex to read and I loved it truly!
