Before this book I only had one image of Hades in my head, from the Disney classic Hercules.

Well this ain’t him!

ATOD Hades isn’t a large angry blue haired guy with two minions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He’s tall dark muscular and HOT!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He cares about his land and occupants, he cares about Persephone, and he’s peak alpha male material!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And Persephone! The other gods and goddesses don’t know she exists, she’s pretending to be mortal, her mom Demeter is controlling & mildly abusive, and Persephone is a college student with an internship!

I literally couldn’t put this book down. Every minute was so good, the steam bits were SO steamy, and the buildup was just *chefs kiss*
