🏥 500 Miles has two doctors switching from the city ER outpatient do the country home visits in Scotland in small towns. They both have some exploring and recovering to do, but through their emails and texts about their patients, they start to connect and realize they really like each other. Lissa is our Londoner ER doc recovering from PTSD and Cormac is a Scottish ex Army medic who needs to get out and experience something new.

It’s cute, it was slow, but I enjoyed the side characters and seeing them grow/recover and I ended up liking it! If you The Bookshop On The Corner this is a continuation of that series!

🔁The Switch has a grandma and her granddaughter switching, sending the grandma to the city and her granddaughter to the country as they recover from the death of the granddaughters sister. They make friends, learn who their real friends are, and experience something new that helps change them for the better!

This was a feel good story about family and sisterhood with the tiniest dot of romance. It was very cute and I again loved the side characters!
