Do books ever really inspire you? Sometimes I feel like so moved by a book and empowered, and other times I feel inspired to become a top notch baker and chef so I find myself in the kitchen! @elliealexander always makes me hungry (and sometimes thirsty) and her Bakeshop Mysteries have inspired me the last few weeks in the kitchen. Today it was an apple crisp! It’s like apple pie, but with a crumple topping and no crust! It’s insanely easy and ridiculously delicious.
