happy Monday!
The kids are home today so I don’t get to go to the gym for my class so I’m a little cranky this Monday morning but we persevere with coffee and some books. I finished this book last week and was pleasantly surprised!
Her Royal Highness took me a bit to get into it, but I enjoyed it. I loved the setting of the Scottish Highlands and it is nice to see more LGBTQIA+ YA novels becoming popular! #loveislove My biggest issue with this book was that it was pretty predictable and wasn’t very memorable. It was fun, and easy to read and very much a YA novel, but it just didn’t stick with me. Once in a while we need those books, don’t get me wrong!! Just wasn’t my cup of tea last week!
