Mrs. Miracle was one of the top suggested books for the holiday season and in terms of Christmas spirit, it didn’t disappoint!
It was cheery, romantic, adorable, and heartwarming. During the holidays we all want to believe in miracles and I feel like even the least religious of us feel a little pull towards some higher power during the season. Or at least, I do. I still really struggle with religion after my upbringing in a cult and so sometimes the reason for the season can bring me a lot of confusion but this book is one of those books that can just erase all doubts and just bring pure joy!
Mini synopsis: A struggling single father of two crazy boys is surprised by a miracle housekeeper, the kids call Mrs. Miracle. Once she arrives, strange things start happening around his life. He meets a girl, his boys start behaving, and in the others in his life, they notice little miracles like a rekindling to a dying marriage, a reconnection in the family, and these little miracles make the season so much brighter!
My six word review:
Some miracles can come as people
