The Bromance Book Club

Oh boy this was a good one!

I’ve never read a romance from the male perspective and this one did not disappoint at all! I was laughing so hard, men are hilarious sometimes! They just don’t always “get it” but it’s ok, we love them anyway!

The whole premise of this book was perfection. Men struggling in their marriages help eachother by reading romance novels together and coaching eachother on! We love a healthy male relationship that expresses feelings and isn’t pushing toxic masculinity on eachother 👏👏👏 yasss boys!

You’ve probably seen a million summaries of this, so I’ll spare you. I give this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars and it’s my 69th book of 2019 hehehe. It’s so fitting because this book is ~steamy~ especially at the end so I give it a 🔥🔥🔥🔥 out of 5 on steam.

This book is funny, it’s everything you wish men would actually do, it’s romantic, and it’s realistic in its message it sends about relationships. Relationships are tough, and you have to be vulnerable and open and communicate and if you can’t communicate openly in your relationship it is going to suffer. Gavin and the bromance book club only seemed to understand that as they read novels about love by women for women. They learned to listen and how to effectively communicate and it was just everything you want to see in a healthy relationship! I love that this romance novel featured a dysfunctional marriage repairing in a healthy way, starting with repairing their communication and vulnerability and ending with sex, not thinking sex solves every relationship trouble. 🥳I’m off my soapbox now just in time for my 6 word review!

My six word review:
Gift this to your significant other!
