ime for another book review!

I have one question…. How is this a fantasy?

It wasn’t fantasy at all to me. The premise once again is great, a women’s apothecary in the 1700’s that helps women get rid of nasty men and then a modern day plot of a woman exploring how the apothecary disappeared. It’s a great plot for historical fiction, which is what this was, but it just moved a little too slow for me and then the ending fell flat. I wasn’t drawn into the modern day timeline and I was really excited for the fantasy aspect so I was extremely disappointed! I’m not normally such a negative Nancy with my book reviews but the last few have not been winners for me unfortunately!
