Y’all I finished this like two weeks ago and I’m finally getting around to writing a review. Am I a terrible #bookstagrammer or what?! The Right Swipe was pretty cute, very female empowered and sex positive, and overall a great contemporary romance!
Rhiannon created one of the top dating apps on the market, but only sticks to one night stands herself. In fact, it’s one of her dating rules. The one time she broke that rule, she got stood up. When she goes to scope out another company she’s interested in purchasing, she’s shocked to see the guy who stood her up as the new spokesman for the rival company, and a former hotshot football player Samson Lima. He’s got some drama of his own from his famous football family and their struggles with playing pro and impacts from frequent concussions. Rhiannon isn’t sure how she feels about reconnecting with Samson, and there’s still a lot of hurt underneath it all. Between all that AND them working at rival companies Makes for quite the story between these two!
I liked how multidimensional these characters were and they had such well developed backstories. It made this a really great read! •
